Handball is very fast game in which the defenders try to stop the attackers for future goal. When a defender successfully stops an attacking player, the play is stopped and restarted by the attacking team from the spot of the infraction or on the nine meter line. Players will be jumping, running, throwing and catching. The objective of the game is to score a goal for your team and score more goals then the team you are playing against. Players can score a goal by using their hands, this means throwing the ball into the opposing teams goal, they are not allowed to kick it in. For a goal to be scored the entire ball must cross over the goal line that is between the goal posts and underneath the crossbar. The team with the most goals is the winner of the game.
